Our Wellness Workshops are informative, fun and interactive 30 to 45 minute presentations on variety of health topics held on a regular monthly basis.  The workshops are complementary to all our patients, guests and prospective new patients.  Please reserve your seat at the next workshop by calling us at 858.674.6400.  Seating is limited.
